PACKERS LOSE AGAIN

The Green Bay Packers miserable season continued last night in Seattle as the Packers lost to the Seahawks 34-24 in pretty good snowstorm. Just when it look like the Packers are going to have a good game they just seem to fall apart. It looks like we might break the 70 degree mark here in CH the next few days before a cold front comes threw for the weekend. Mom is having a bit of trouble getting online at the beach with her laptop, I think it is because all the tourist have gone home and there are just not enough people using laptops in the general are of the house in KDH. I have only made MICKEY FAMOUS SOUP one time this year, I could be persuaded to make it again if somebody buys the ingredients that I need to make it with. I did make some of my famous spaghetti last night but I don't give that away because I eat all myself. Don't forget to check the Christmas countdown clock so you will no how many more days that you can put your Christmas shopping off for. MICKEY

Sore feet?
The problem may be your running shoes. Buy new footwear every time you log 300 - 500 miles, or every 6 months or so. You'll avoid blisters, corns, calluses and many more serious injuries. Your shoes should be suitable for daily workouts -- be sure they're the right size and in good shape. If you have persistent knee, hip or back pain after walking or running, or problems that don't respond to self-treatment, see a podiatrist.
