VIRGINIA ON THE ROAD AT STANFORD TONIGHT

The Virginia Cavalier basketball team has it's toughest test of the season tonight on the road at Stanford. This will be the first game of a four game road trip before the Cavs return home on Dec 7 to face Radford. Well I have everybody picks for the football contest this week and I will be sending them out when I get home from work. Mozart went down to see the ocean yesterday at the beach and mom & dad said he really like going down there, I have enclosed a photo of him on the beach. Also while Mozart is at the beach dad says he wants to stay out on the front porch all the time just observing things going on, he is a observant little fellow. MICKEY

Brain drainer: getting stuck in a rut
Picking up any new skill (rock climbing, tangoing, playing piano) may create new neural pathways or connections in the brain, which can keep your mind sharp over time. The key is choosing something you like. "This is not an ivory tower concept: The more you enjoy something, the more you do it," explains Yaakov Stern, Ph.D., professor of clinical neuropsychology at Columbia University.

You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them. ~Michael Jordan

He would put sand on their blankets. He also went behind the sofa again. He got to the curve of the sofa. I don't know what he's thinking.
