THE POLLEN IS STARTING TO GET BAD

Well I noticed over the last couple of days that the pollen has really started to get bad around here. I have had a pretty bad sinus headache the last couple of days and I noticed when I went down to Wal-Mart this morning that there was allot of pollen on the windshield, I am sure that it is going to get worse before it's gets better. The Virginia baseball team blew a 2 run lead in the bottom of the 9th inning at N.C. State and then lost the game to the Wolfpack 6-5 in 11 innings, the Cavs need to bounce back and win the final 2 games of the series. The NCAA basketball final 4 will be in action tonight, in game 1 Butler will face Michigan St & in game 2 it will be Duke against West Virginia. I will be rooting for Butler and West Virginia. In the NHL the New York Rangers are making a run for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, right now they are 2 points behind both Boston & Philadelphia who currently hold the final two playoff spots. It looks like it could come down the final 2 games of the season with the Flyers to determine who gets in. MICKEY

Your Alarm Clock
Research has indicated that alarm clocks illuminated with blue light may interfere with circadian rhythms, possibly interrupting your sleep, which can sap you of energy and leave you underprepared to deal with daily stress. Alarm clocks with a loud, shrill pitch may also produce a jarring effect that can jolt the body with stress upon waking. While it’s not likely that the ring of your alarm clock will cause serious health problems, researchers have linked the morning hours to a higher incident of heart attacks, and some have questioned whether our bodies may be better suited to peaceful, slower wakeups.
