COLONIALS WIN 10-1, VIRGINIA WINS

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team picked up a 10-1 victory over Hopewell last night before the rains came ending the game after 5 innings. With the win the Colonials improve to 7-7 on the season and 2-4 in CD. The Virginia baseball team picked up another big win last night knocking off Coastal Carolina 6-3, the Cavs will be back in action at home tonight against George Mason. The Washington Capitals face a must win situation tonight in game 7 of there series with Monteal, the Caps must get to the Montreal goalie early in tonights game or the Caps may be done after tonight game. All the pressure is on the Caps. It was a bit cold this morning when I went out get the paper this morning, it was a very cold 40 degrees but some very warm temps are just around the corner with highs this weekend in the upper 80's.
