The New York Yankees beat the California Angles yesterday 10-1 to take a commanding 3-1 series lead and now are just 1 win away from heading to the World Series. The Phillies and Dodgers resume there series tonight with Dodgers facing a must win game, the Phillies lead NL Championship Series 3-1. Well yesterday at work I went back down to Virginia Beach, I don't mind going down there but I usually don't get back into Richmond util around 4pm which usually make me late for supper because I like to run before supper. Well we will have baseball camp again today and it looks like that we are going to have a nice day for that. MICKEY

Consider the package of chicken that may have leaked on top of your yogurt lid or the unwashed vegetables that are sitting next to the kids’ juice boxes. The germs found inside a refrigerator can make you sick.
But you can fight back: Take her advice and do a weekly fridge wipe-down and a once-a-month deep clean where you take everything out, toss any spoiled food, wipe down all surfaces and scrub removable shelves in sudsy hot water.

Women who ate the most flavones had a much lower increase in body fat over a 14-year period, a study in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition notes. Eat oranges sliced or swig fresh OJ (including pulp!) to get the best benefit from the fruit.
