SAINTS WIN SUPER BOWL, CAPITALS WIN 14TH STRAIGHT GAME

The New Orleans Saints erased a 10-0 Colts lead last night and beat the Colts 31-17 in the Super Bowl at Miami. The win gives the Saints the first Super Bowl win, the game really changed when the Saints surprised the Colts with a onside kick to start the 2nd half and went on to score a TD on that drive. I think Mardi Gras has started a little early this year. In the NHL yesterday the Washington Capitals won there 14th straight game defeating the Pittsburgh Penguin 5-4 in OT, the Caps actually trailed in this game at on e time 4-1. The Caps will go for the 15th straight win at Montreal on Wednesday night. I know its hard to believe but baseball practice starts 2 weeks from today, I am hoping that there will be a change in the weather pattern before then. The Colonial Heights boys basketball team was scheduled to play Thomas Dale tonight at home but Chesterfield school are closed today so I guess they will have to reschedule tonights game. MICKEY

Stop being busy. Being busy and being productive are not necessarily the same. Many people keep busy to avoid taking action on things they’re afraid to pursue. Identify your priorities and allocate your time and energy to achieving the goals to which you aspire.

Start something. Procrastination is a common reaction to feeling overwhelmed or fear of failure. Instead of taking on too much at once and overwhelming yourself, break things down and take one small action step at a time.

Few things can help an individual more than to place responsibility on him, and to let him know that you trust him. -Booker T. Washington
