After being in the hospital for about the last 2 weeks Me Ma Ruth is now back at home but she will have to go the Dr. on a regular basis to have blood checked. The Washington Redskins just about hit an all time low yesterday falling to the Detroit Lions 19-14, the Lions had a 19 game losing streak snapped with the win. The Green Bay Packers knocked of the St. Louis Rams yesterday 36-17, next Monday night the Packers travel to Minnesota to face Brett Favre and the undefeated Minnesota Vikings. Jimmie Johnson won yesterdays race at Dover holding off mark martin for the win, Martin leads the point standings by 10 over Johnson and 65 over Juan Pablo Montoya. Have a nice day. MICKEY

Garden, play games with your kids or your dog, go to an amusement park, enjoy a special movie, play, opera or concert with a special friend or loved one. Take time to entertain yourself. Laughter is especially therapeutic. I once had a client in the throes of a devastating divorce. He purchased the entire DVD set of an old comedy sitcom he enjoyed and watched a few shows every night. In order to be healthy it is important to exercise your sense of humor. Laughter can truly be the best medicine.

it had to happen sooner or later, the lions are not gonna remain winless for the rest of eternity. could it be that the lions have improved and not just a low spot for the skins?
