HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

Well today is your blog masters 43rd birthday and I feel every bit of 43. I am getting more aches and pains every day if you can believe that. Well anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. Me Ma Ruth remains in the hospital and it looks like she will be in there for the next several days, she seemed to be in pretty good spirits last night. The weather will turn a bit cooler today today with a high around 80 and then the rest of the week it will be in the 70's, there is also a slight chance of showers as well. I have just about everybody's picks for this weeks football contest with the exception of Lee and Murph, as soon as they send them in I will sen out the mater sheet of who everybody picked. KEEP MOLD OUT OF YOUR HOME
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers these suggestions to minimize mold growth in your home:

-Make sure indoor humidity levels are kept between 40 percent and 60 percent.
-During very humid weather, run the air conditioner, a dehumidifier or both.
-Ensure that your home is well-ventilated, including exhaust fans where needed.
-Before painting a room, add a mold-inhibiting agent to the paint.
-Scrub bathrooms regularly with cleaning products designed to kill mold.
-Avoid carpet in moist areas, such as in bathrooms and the basement.
-Promptly get rid of any carpets or upholstered items that have been soaked

Caffeine overload: You probably reach for more coffee when you're tired, but experts say that too much caffeine can sometimes backfire, causing you to feel more fatigued. Maybe skip the triple-venti today.
