Well today fellow blogger Melanie is the BIG 50, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELANIE. There are several other bloggers who will be hitting this milestone in the next several years as well. I hope no one has put a big 50 in your front yard, anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELANIE. The Colonial Heights Colonials football team will be back at home tonight to face the Armstrong Wildcats, I understand fellow blogger Al will be there taking photos as long as it doesn't rain but there is a pretty good chance of rain. Speaking of rain we got a pretty good thunderstorm here last night in Colonial Heights which did effect my sleep last night and we received over 1 1/2 inches of much needed rain. Also in high school football action tonight the Crawford County Eagles will travel to Spencer to face the Green Waves, I have posted the other games of interest below. For the 1st time all year in our football contest I got the Thursday night game right, hopefully that is a sign of things to come for this weekend, by the way the score of last nights game was South Carolina 16 Ole Miss 10. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at Dover this weekend for the 2nd race in the chase. I sure am glad that it is Friday. MICKEY

thanks for the birth day wishes, I don't feel 50, but I don't how you are supposed to feel. I think Mic should have posted the one of me catching the touchdown pass at the Labor Day Picnic, and doing the victory dance.
