BACK TO WORK
Well after spending the weekend on the Outer Banks it's time to go back to work. It was a good to get back to the OBX even though it did rain allot while I was down there this weekend, I liked it so much I think I am going to head back down there this weekend. I have posted a link below the photos that Al took at Leslie and Mikes's wedding on Saturday. In the NHL playoffs yesterday Detroit won game 1 of there series with Chicago, the Hurricanes and Penguins will play game 1 of there series tonight. The Colonial Heights softball team and girls soccer team will play in the Central District tournament tomorrow, I think I am going to the softball game tomorrow. Also tomorrow the Thomas Dale baseball team will face Prince George. My back is a bit tight this morning and my left leg is a bit sore as well so my PAIN index is still a bit high. MICKEY

Turn your household chores into a fitness challenge. Sweep or mop using as much energy as possible and exaggerate your arm movements. Fold your clothes and do a couple sets of squats at the same time. You might as well get fit while you make your parents happy. Just be sure the blinds are closed to prevent embarrassing moments!

I saw some CHHS senior prom pictures and saw the big head of my friend Les Fryar. I UNDERSTAND HE THOUGHT THE EVENT WAS FOR SENIORS.
He was confused. The other Senior prom was held at the CH Community Center.
