RENEGADES WIN AGAIN, DAYTONA 500

Well I new I was going to see a hockey game last night but I also got to see a wedding and a beauty pageant as well. On the ice the Gades played another very good game beating the Fayetteville FireAntz 5-2, the Gades are now back in 2nd place 1 point ahead of Huntsville and will now be on the road until March 13. Just a side note that was the 1st wedding that I have been to since Al & Donna got married. The VCU Rams blew a golden opportunity to take over 1st place in the CAA yesterday when Northeastern fell to George Mason but the Rams couldn't hold up there end of the bargain losing to ODU 69-65, it doesn't appear that the Rams have enough balance offensively to win the CAA. Down in Georgia yesterday Scottie did qualify for the state wrestling tournament in Atlanta which begins Thursday, maybe he can practice some of his moves on Scott getting ready for the state tournament. I went over to Virginia State yesterday afternoon to see the Trojans in baseball action, unfortunately the lost to East Stroudsburg 6-0. Well the Nascar season officially kicks off this afternoon with the running of the Daytona 500, I am predicting that there will be an upset winner of this years 500. In regards to yesterdays entry on the blog, several people were upset that there donut report yesterday, well they will just have to wait until next week. MICKEY

-Rinse your mouth with a solution of equal parts Milk of Magnesia and Benadryl liquid allergy medication. Rinse with, but don't swallow the solution, every few hours.
-Take vitamin C or a vitamin B complex.
-Take zinc lozenges, or an herbal mouthwash that contains sage and chamomile.
