HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGE, BASEBALL PRACTICE STARTS 2 WEEKS FROM TODAY

Today is former blogger George's birthday so I thought I would wish him a Happy Birthday, I know he reads the blog every now & then but doesn't post anything. Martin Truex Jr. captured the pole for this years Daytona 500 edging Mark Martin for the top spot, 74 year old James Hylton did not get to qualify because he wasn't able to practice his car because of some engine problems. Well baseball practice starts 2 weeks from today, I have been throwing several times a week the last few weeks trying to get ready so my arm won't hurt so bad the 1st few weeks of practice. I am sure my PAIN index will go up quite a bit that week. The Colonial Heights girls basketball team will be back in action tonight on the road against the Trinity Titans, the girls wills also be on the road Tuesday night at Petersburg. My PAIN index is up this morning mainly because I have one wisdom tooth that has flared up a bit because of the sudden change in he temperature. MICKEY
