I just thought I would let everybody know that Me Ma Ruth is in the hospital, mom & dad took her to the Dr. yesterday afternoon and several of her test came back a bit abnormal and the Dr. thought she should go the hospital to get checked out. She is at SRMC in Petersburg in room 464, by the way she doesn't want anybody to know she is in the hospital so don't tell anybody. Theres is Red Flag Fire Warning effect for just about the entire state of Virginia today which means conditions are as bad as they can be for brush and wildfires, winds may gust up to 50mph and with low humidity that is bad news. The CH boys basketball team fell to Petersburg last night 60-36, it was a close game at half but Petersburg pulled away in the 2nd half. The CH girls team will have Senior Night tonight when they play host to Matoaca in there final home game of the season. The VCU Rams are now tied for 1st place again after Northeastern lost night and the Rams picked up 76-71 win overtime over the JMU Dukes, I heard the Rowdy Rams were rowdy last night. They will run the Gatorade Twin 125's today at Daytona to determine the remainder of the starting lineup for Sunday afternoons Daytona 500, there are several underdog teams that I would like to see make the race. Also, Mamma(Auntie to many of you) has breast cancer for the second time, however it is only stage 0. She is in good spirits and mom says shes not being any different. And yes the Rowdy Rams were rowdy last night. There was almost a fight between a drunken Dukes fan and a Rowdy Ram. The fan made a racial reference to the Rowdy Ram.
