Me Ma Ruth remains in the hospital at SRMC, yesterday her potassium levels got very low so they had to the had to give her some by IV. The proper level of potassium is essential for normal cell function. An abnormal increase of potassium (hyperkalemia) or decrease of potassium (hypokalemia) can profoundly affect the nervous system and heart. Also today the VSU Trojans baseball team has there opening day game today at 1pm against East Stroudsburg University from Pennsylvania. Down in Georgia Scottie is wrestling in the sectionals with a chance of making to state tournament next week in Atlanta, yesterday Scottie was 1-1 and will wrestle again this morning. Sticky Zipper
If you have a sticky zipper on a piece of clothing, try rubbing the zipper with a pencil. The graphite in the pencil should help lubricate the zipper. A bar of soap also can be effective.
