VIRGINIA WINS ITS OPENER, KINGS WIN AGAIN

The Virginia baseball team one its 1st game in its baseball regional yesterday beating Army 9-1, the Cavs will now face Appalachian State who upset Oklahoma 5-4.  The Cavs with a win today would put themselves in a pretty good situation to win the regional.  In the Stanley Cup Finals last night the L.A. Kings beat the New Jersey Devils in OT again to take a 2-0 series lead and with the series heading back to L.A. the Kings pretty much control there own destiny.  Mark Martin captured the pole for today's Sprint Cup race at Dover edging Jimmie Johnson for the top spot, Joey Logano captured yesterdays Nationwide race at Dover.  It is very cool 53 degrees here in Colonial Heights this morning but it is going to go all the to 84 but the humidity has dropped off quite a bit.  Our main computer remains down so I am have to enter all my blog entries on the laptop.  Have a good day.  MICKEY
