The Virginia baseball team lost to Oklahoma yesterday afternoon 10-7 and must win tonight if it wants to return the College Baseball World Series. The problems for the Cavaliers began in the bottom of the 1st inning when its starting pitcher couldn't throw strikes. Tonights game starts at 7pm and can be seen on ESPN2. Also yesterday South Carolina, Florida State, TCU, Florida State and Arizona State punched there ticket to Omaha. Denny Hamlin won yesterday NASCAR race at Michigan and you talk about a ho hum race, this was it. Well its going to be another hot one today so try to stay cool. MICKEY

In a trial of 150 men and women, Duke researchers found that after just 3 months of treatment, antidepressants and exercise were equally effective at relieving almost all symptoms of depression.

Buy a punching bag. A Harvard study found that men who express their anger have half the risk of heart disease compared with men who internalize it.
