The Philadelphia Flyers beat the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 in OT last night in Philadelphia, I watched the first 3 periods of last nights game but I didn't stay up for OT. They will play game 4 of the series Friday night in Philly. Both baseball teams from the Central District played in the regionals yesterday with Matoaca coming away with a 6-4 win over Manchester while Dinwiddie fell to Cosby 4-1, Matoaca will now face Mills Godwin on Friday. I have to go to the dentist today for a regular checkup, hopefully they won't find anything else wrong, I don't know if I can afford to do anymore dental work right now. MICKEY
No Overnight Success
Just as gaining weight took time, losing the extra weight will also take some time. Losing weight too quickly can do damage to your body and put you in a position to not be able to keep the weight off. Take your time losing weight and you will have more success.
