What else can I say but it's Friday my favorite day of the week and I am going to the beach. For some reason it feels like this week took for ever to go by. The Colonial Heights football team will have it's first football scrimmage of the year tonight on the road at Nottoway and at the beach First Flight will open up it's season on the road at Cape Hatteras. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series be at Michigan this weekend and Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be looking to rebound after a rough week at Watkins Glen. Well I am going to head to work. MICKEY
