HAPPY EASTER, I HAVE A SCANNER PROBLEM





I hope all you fellow bloggers have a HAPPY EASTER. Well I haven't had my new police scanner but about 6 months and I now have a pretty big problem with it. The display screen has gone completely blank, the scanner is still receiving the signal from those channels that I have programmed into it but I can't lock anything out anymore because I won't unlock the channel because I can't see the display. I e-mailed there customer service department and they told me to take it back to my local store if it is not working correctly, after doing a little research on the net there are several other people who have had the same problem. Also this particular scanner has been discontinued. The Virginia baseball team split with Georgia Tech yesterday losing the 1st game 7-6 and rallying to win the nightcap 11-10, the Cavs need to win today. My PAIN index is up this morning after cutting the grass yesterday, I pulled something in the right side of my body try to start the mower yesterday, plus the pollen was pretty bad has given my some more discomfort. Well it looks like the weather is going to go down hill after today, it looks like it is going to rain Monday night through sometime Wednesday and it the high are only going to be in the 50's Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
