COLONIAL HEIGHTS AT HOPEWELL

The Colonial Heights baseball team will travel to Hopewell tonight to face the Blue Devils at 6pm tonight. The Colonials look to rebound after a tough loss to Dinwiddie. The CH softball team and boys soccer team will be at Hopewell as well while the girls soccer team will be at home against Hopewell. The Thomas Dale baseball team will be at home against Dinwiddie in key CD match up today. The Virginia baseball team is off until May 8 because of exams. My back and shoulder is a bit sore this morning from throwing allot of BP this week so my PAIN index remains elevated. I don't know why but I think I had the best nights sleep that I have had in a number of months last night, I slept like a rock. Traffic on the blog has been extremely slow this week for some reason, has everybody been reading Facebook and not Mickey's Place. MICKEY
