HAPPY BIRTHDAY LES
Well today is fellow blogger Les Fryar's 69th birthday HAPPY BIRTHDAY LES. An anonymous person sent me this photo of Les & asked me to use as his birthday photo and I said sounds good to me. Well yesterdays NASCAR race was washed out at Michigan & they will try to run it again today at NOON on ESPN2, however they are calling for more rain today which could force them to move this race to the end of the year. I talked to Scott on Saturday and he said believe it or not he was Christmas shopping and he had already bought several gifts, I told him I don't start Christmas shopping until September. We got some more much needed rain last night, before you know it everybody's grass is going to be green again, last nights storm was no where as bad as last weeks though. Also we also have a new member on the blog, Peggy has joined the madness. Well again HAPPY BIRTHDAY LES. MICKEY

TODAYS HEALTH TIP
Watch what you drink. Many beverages contain a large number of calories. For example, a large soda (32 ounces) has about 400 calories. Instead, order diet soda, water, unsweetened iced tea, sparkling water or mineral water. Also, skip the shakes and other ice-cream drinks, which can contain more than 1,000 calories and all of your saturated fat allotment for the day.

Happy birthday Les!
Thanks everyone, I did have a great day thanks to you. Well, most of you. The shirt could get me into a lot of trouble. If Sears ever finds out they might want me to do a commercial.
I don't think we will ever see Les in a Sears commercial
