ANKLE MUCH BETTER

Well the good news is my ankle is feeling much better but both my hamstrings are very sore. I think they are sore because the way I had to walk for two days when my ankle was hurting so bad. I also have a bit of a sore throat from some of the allergens in the air hear at the beach. The air temp may not have been as high as it was in CH here yesterday but it was very humid. In BIB action last night the CH Optimist defeated the Matoaca Indians 15-3, they will play Staunton on Wednesday night in the quarterfinals, Staunton beat the Prince George Nationals 11-0. Kevin Harvick won yesterdays Busch race in Montreal in a race Robby Gordon probably should have won, Gordon's problems started win the caution came out in last few laps and it appears he had a pretty good argument. Even though he may have been right his actions after the final restart may cost him dearly, his actions can't be tolerated by NASCAR and I think they should park him for todays race. We went to Black Pelican for supper last night and I got classic pepperoni pizza. We are going to The Dunes for lunch today and The Dunes has quickly become my favorite restaurant on the OBX since a fire destroyed the Lone Cedar earlier this year. Speaking of the Lone Cedar they are now taking applications so it shouldn't be to long before they are back open. Yesterday sure was a slow day on the blog only 26 visitors. We have another blogger with a birthday tomorrow, guess who it is? MICKEY

Confusion is a word we have invented for an order which is not understood.
