THE RAIN HAS STOPPED FOR THE MOST PART BUT THE WIND STIL IS BLOWING

The rain has pretty much stopped for the most part after two days of downpours and more than four inches of rain here in Colonial Heights. The wind is still blowing pretty hard which should help in the drying out progress. We might get a little more rain later today but it is suppose to be very light. With all the rain we have had over the last few days several high school football games have already been moved to Monday night, so far the Colonial Heights game is still on but I got a feeling that it to will be postponed till Monday as well. Down at the beach both First Flight and Manteo are scheduled to start playoff action tonight weather permitting, both teams are at home with First Flight playing Cummings and Manteo facing Mattamuskeet. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will visit Phoenix this weekend with Jimmie Johnson trying to wrap up another championship. MICKEY

Add on some of the moves celeb trainers recommend to really see results. You'll burn even more calories per session if your workout incorporates interval training: alternating short bursts of intense cardio with slower activity. Experts aren't sure why it works, but trainers swear by it.
