COLONIAL HEIGHTS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION TONIGHT, IT'S FRIDAY

I will be attending graduation exercises at Colonial Heights High School for the 2nd straight year tonight at 8pm as long as it doesn't rain. There is only a 30% chance of rain but the weatherman said there could be some pop up t-storms. Andrew's Little League baseball season came to end last night with a 15-5 loss to the Yankees, dad said the Yankees hit 3 HR'S out of the park in the game. The College Baseball World Series begins tomorrow with Virginia facing LSU at 7pm and Cal State Fullerton facing Arkansas at 2pm and both games can be seen on ESPN. This week race is at Michigan, I am prediction that Dale Jr. is going to have a good run this weekend and may even be in contention for the win. It was mistakingly reported that game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals was last night, the game is actually tonight. I sure didn't sleep well last night because of all of the storms, I think I finally got to sleep around 3am. I sure am glad that it is Friday. MICKEY

Sunflower Seeds
Nuts have been highly touted as a great way to get healthy fats into your diet, but many people forget that seeds fall into this category too. Sunflower seeds are a rich source of vitamin E, with one ounce providing 30% of your total daily intake. Vitamin E is one of the primary antioxidants that helps decrease the decline of memory as you age, making it one nutrient you’ll want to be sure to consume.

Other sources of vitamin E include wheat germ oil, dry almond, safflower oil, hazelnut, peanut butter, spinach, broccoli, kiwi, and mango.
