The VCU Rams continued there winning ways yesterday afternoon dismantling the ODU Monarchs 61-44 at the Seigel Center. The Rams are now in 2nd place in the CAA 1 game behind George Mason, next up of the Rams is game at Georgia State on Wednesday night. The Richmond Renegades fell 3-2 to the Twin City Cyclones last night, the Gades just couldn't get there offense in gear. The Gades will travel down to Fayetteville today to face the FireAntz this afternoon. Well will know who is going to be in the Super Bowl after today, in NFC Championship game Philadelphia will be at Arizona & in the AFC Championship game Baltimore will be at Pittsburgh. I never thought I would say that 31 degrees was warm but after it being 6 yesterday morning 31 feels like a heat wave. Since I couldn't burn as many calories on the treadmill yesterday because it was so cold in the shed I thought I would get on the Gazelle we have, boy was that a mistake my hamstrings and calves are very sore this morning. She did not fall asleep and enjoyed some good ole fashion hockey even though the Renegades lost. She got to see the goal judge of the night in action.
