OPENING DAY FOR THE COLONIALS, MY ARM IS HURTING AGAIN

Well today is opening day for the 2oo8 Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team, todays game is at home against the Sussex Tigers at 4:30pm. The weather looks good so come on out to the ballgame. The Thomas Dale Knights also open up there season today at home against Varina, I have posted yesterdays Central District baseball scores below. The UVA baseball picked up another win yesterday beating Navy 11-5, with the win the Cavaliers improve to 13-2 on the season. The Virginia basketball team will face Georgia Tech tonight in the 1st round of the ACC basketball tournament. After throwing allot of pitches the last two days my arm is quite sore this morning, hopefully by the time I throw batting practice today it will loosen up a bit but I will have some Advil with me just in case. LEADERSHIP TIP, from Joe Farcht, I will give you a new tip the next 10 days
Master and Manage Thoughts: The absolute most important leadership skill is mastering and managing your thoughts. Everything you do, every outcome you experience, every result you have achieved began with a thought. Consistent thought creates your attitudes. Attitudes are tremendously powerful. The life you have now was created by the attitudes you currently hold. If you’re not experiencing the life of your dreams, you must change your attitude. And the way to change your attitude is to change your thoughts. Train yourself to have only the most positive and effective thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. Once you master your thoughts, you will have mastered your life.
