COLONIA HAVE AN EARLY GAME TODAY, VIRGINIA WINS

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team has an early afternoon game today against Monacan in the LC Bird Tournament, gametime is set for Noon. It looks like it is going to be a bit cool so bring a jacket with you. The CH girls softball team picked up two more wins yesterday beating Hopewell 5-0 & Henrico 11-3 in the Kassidy R. Hahn Memorial Tournament, they will play two more games in the tournament today. The Thomas Dale baseball team picked up another win yesterday beating Manchester 6-2, the Knights will play Hopewell today. The Virginia basktball team knocked off Old Dominion last night in the CBI 80-76 at the JPJ, with the win the Cavs advance to the semi-finals of the CBI and will play Bradley on Wednesday at the JPJ. My Pain index has been elevated a bit this morning since I threw batting practice again yesterday and my allergies are acting up a bit again. MICKEY
