RECORD HEAT POSSIBLE IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS TODAY
It looks like today may be the warmest day on record in our area today, the previous record is 73 and that was observed in 1950, todays temperature is suppose to be in the mid to upper 70's. The Richmond Renegades offensive woes continued last night in Huntsville when the Renegades were beaten 6-1, the Gades simply don't have enough offensive power. The Renegades will be back at home tonight against the Knoxville Ice Bears. On the hardwood last night the CH girls team beat Powhatan 59-48 while CH boys team fell to Hopewell 61-47. The NFL playoffs start today with Kansas City visiting Indianapolis and Dallas visiting Seattle. MICKEY

The gym isn't the only place to burn calories; you can find lots of ways to get in shape at the mall, if you know where to look. Start by parking an extra 100 yards away and walking to the mall entrance. Take a few laps around the shopping center when you go window shopping. Bring some friends; you'll have so much fun, you may not even realize how much of a workout you're all getting.
