JAMES HYLTON TO TRY TO MAKE MAKE DAYTONA 500

James Harvey Hylton has announced that he has entered this years Daytona 500. The 72 year old Nascar legend has not raced in the Nextel Cup Series since 1993. The 72 year old made his Nextel Cup debut back in 1964 and made his first Daytona 500 back in 1966. The odds are definitely against him at age 72 and with 60 cars trying to get one of the 43 spots in the starting lineup it will be even tougher. The most Hylton ever one in won season on the circuit was around $150,000 and if he makes the Daytona 500 he will make more than that in 1 race, I will be rooting for him to make the race. The Colonial Heights girls basketball team will be going for it's 5th straight victory tonight when they travel at out to Chester to play Thomas Dale, I understand there could be some special guests at the game tonight, we will just have to wait and see.
