CH GIRLS BEAT MEADOWBROOK, IT COULD BE ROUGH AT THE RC TONIGHT

The Colonial Heights girls basketball team beat the Meadowbrook Monarchs last night 61-49 at CHHS, with the win the Colonials are now 4-3 in the CD and are now 9-5 overall. The boys team will travel to Meadowbrook tonight. The Huntsville Havoc will be in Richmond tonight to play the Richmond Renegades, the Havoc have won every meeting so far between the teams and the most of those were blowouts. These two teams really don't like each other and the last 3 meeting there have been at least 14 or 15 fights, things could get a little interesting tonight. I did do a little work on my treadmill yesterday but it didn't make it any better, it might have made it worst. I did what the manual said to do but I think the motor has a miss in it, it tries to throw me off the treadmill. Since my treadmill is broke I am having to run outside and I don't like that because I hate to run outside when it's cold, it make my ears hurt bad and drys my skin out pretty bad. Dad will be having a baseball meeting today at CHHS for prospect for this years team. Don't forget to vote in the Rosie and Donald feud poll below. MICKEY

Apple insider
Shake the right tree, and your weight loss plan will be more fruitful. If you have a couple of hours to go until dinner, an apple is a near-perfect snack -- only 80 calories, practically fat-free and it's filling, so you're less likely to go prowling around afterward for more food. If you find Red Delicious's tough skin and bland flesh uninteresting, there are more than 2,000 other North American varieties to explore. And apples do help keep doctors away -- particularly the cardiologist. Apples are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber that lowers cholesterol. They also contain boron, a trace mineral that strengthens bones.
