IT SURE HAS BEEN QUITE ON THE BLOG
I have to say that it has been pretty quite on the blog lately, where is everybody at? There hasn't been any controversy about anything and there sure haven't been allot of comments about anything. I guess I might have to bring up the Whiffle Ball Hall of Fame controversy again. Since nobody has been talking about anything I though I would post an old photo from the past of me, AL, Keith, Me Ma Ruth and Pa Pa taken back in the late 60's. It looks like Pa Pa is the only person happy in the photo. The CH girls basketball team will be back in action tonight when they travel to Prince George, the Colonials will be trying avenge and earlier loss to Prince George earlier this season. Andrew came by for a visit yesterday since he only had a half a day of school, he went to K & L for supper with us. MICKEY

Train your brain, this is good advice
Exercise more than your muscles to stick to a fitness plan -- be a winner at the mental game. Preparing your mind along with your body is pivotal for accomplishing your goals. Try writing a personal mission statement and tape a copy to your refrigerator, the dashboard of your car, your computer -- anywhere you can see it during the day.
