The Virginia basketball team had another very tough night in there 1st game in the Maui Invitational falling to the Washington Huskies 106-63, the Cavs will play 3-1 Oklahoma today in the Invitational. The VCU Rams will play the Tennessee Volunteers tonight in New York in the semi finals of the 2010 NIT Pre Season Tournament. I had a terrible sinus headache again last night however after a good nights sleep it appears that has subsided. Me Ma Evelyn is continuing to recover from her hip surgery, last night when we went by the hospital she had a bit of fever and she was still pretty groggy from the surgery. They are going to try to move her around a little bit today. MICKEY

If there is one thing you love, love, love to eat, eat it. But scale back on other things. If you love the stuffing, maybe don't pile on the potatoes. If you want apple pie, lay off the egg nog. It's all about balance. Sorry, you can't have it all, but you can make the choice of what you want the most!
