I AM AT THE BEACH

After a grueling week on my new job I decided I needed to go to the beach for some R & R. Me and dad came down last night and got here around 8:30 or so. It's a bit cloudy this morning here at the beach and we got a t-storm last night after we got here, the temp is in the mid 70's and its suppose to climb into the 80's later. I think that I am going to go on a bike ride over in Nags Heads Woods here in a little bit, Scott I will be thinking about you when I am on this ride. The Sprint Cup Series is off this weekend while the Nationwide Series is at Gateway Speedway near St. Louis tonight. Well I am going to get ready for my bike ride. MICKEY
