VCU WINS THE CAA, GADES BACK IN ACTION
The VCU Rams beat George Mason last night 71-50 in championship game of the CAA, the Rams dominated this game for the most part in front of a sell out crowd of 11,200 fans. With the Rams win they are now on there way to the NCAA basketball tournament joining Radford which is the only other team from Virginia that looks like they are going to be in the big dance unless Virginia or Virginia Tech wins the ACC tournament. The Richmond Renegades return to the ice tonight on the road against the Fayetteville FireAntz, the Gades need to win this game or take it to OT or they will fall to 5th place in the SPHL standings. The Gades will be back at home this Friday night and they will also be at home on Sunday as well. My PAIN index is as high as it has been in while, I am just sore all over and I haven't slept that well the last few days for some reason. Don forget the Colonials baseball team opens up the season Friday at 5pm at home against Varina and that the Thomas Dale baseball team opens up there season tomorrow on the road at Varina. MICKEY
Some of us have great runways already built for us. If you have one, take off. But if you don't have one, realize it is your responsibility to grab a shovel and build one for yourself and for those who will follow after you. ~ Amelia Earhart

If You Have Stuck Sliding Windows
A little silicone spray lubricant (sold at hardware stores) will grease the skids. Spray it onto a rag, then wipe along the tracks, whether they’re metal, wood, or plastic.
Head held high
There's no reason to be dismayed by what others say or do. If they want to behave negatively, that's their problem, and not yours.
No person knows what's best for you more than you do. No person knows what you're capable of accomplishing more than you do.
Certainly other people can support and encourage you, and can be of great help to you, and you to them. See the good and the positive in those around you and connect with it.
Pay no mind to those who would drag you down with their criticism. There's no need to let someone's opinion stop you, for it's just an opinion.
You are who you are, regardless of what others think, say or do. You are unique and worthy and filled with great possibilities.
Focus your energy, your awareness and your efforts on those positive possibilities. You are here, you are capable, and with your head held high you know that the best is yet to come.

Rams dominated last night.
Keith did Andrew get enough basketball this week
He wants to stay home to watch ACC games thurs/fri. So, I guess not. Needless to say he's not staying home.
It's not bad idea, so I might. LOL
I think Andrew gave VCU and edge!! Maybe you should at least let him watch all the UVA games.
He will pull for UVA, but I couldn't get him to root for VCU.
