The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team will be back in action tonight at 5pm against the Highland Springs Springers, the Colonials will also be at home on Tuesday at 6pm against the Prince George Royals. The Virginia baseball team lost the there 2nd game in a row yesterday to Miami 7-5, fellow blogger Keith and Andrew went up to see this game. The Cavs are 19-2 overall and 5-2 in the ACC, the Cavs will face Towson Tuesday and Wednesday before traveling to North Carolina next weekend. Kyle Busch lead 378 of the 500 laps at Bristol to pick up another win, teammate Denny Hamlin came home 2nd. The Sprint Cup Series returns to Virginia next weekend at the Martinsville Speedway. I am a bit sore this morning from cutting the grass yesterday morning, the problem is from trying to start the mower and my left knee is hurting a bit as well probably from my treadmill not running correctly.
