HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT, VIRGINIA BASEBALL TEAM REMAINS UNDEFEATED

Well today is fellow blogger Scott Woodfin's 42nd birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT. Scott are you going to take your birthday off like government workers do, or are you going to work like me and AL do on our birthday. The Virginia Cavalier baseball team remains undefeated after beating Wake Forest 21-5, the Cavs are now 12-0 and will face Navy next. The VCU Rams beat ODU yesterday 61-53 and with the win advanced to tonights CAA Championship game with George Mason with the winner getting an automatic bid to this NCAA basketball tournament. Kurt Busch won yesterdays Nascar race in Atalanta holding off Jeff Gordon for the win, they will take next weekend off before heading to Bristol. It looks like today is going to be the best day of the week weather wise with a high around 80, after today it will be in the 5o's most of the weeks with the exception of Wednesday when it will be back in 70's. My PAIN index is up this morning because I ran outside on Saturday which has caused my thighs to be very sore. I went and saw Me Ma Evelyn yesterday at the hospital and she continues to improve, she is still just a little tired but she was watching the race. HAVE A NICE DAY, MICKEY

Believing What You Say
If you say something often enough even in jest, you come to believe it is true. Don't run yourself (or others) down - even for a laugh.

When you feel burdened with all there is to, reassess your priorities. Then, do the most important things first, and leave the rest for later.
