COLONIALS LOOK TO GET BACK ON TRACK, TODAY IS TAX DAY

After suffering back to back losses the last two games the Colonials look to back on track tonight at Meadowbrook. It look like it is going to be a fairly nice night for baseball with temps around 58 at game time and drooping to the lower 50's by 8pm so you might want to bring jacket with you. Also tonight the CH girls & boys soccer and softball teams will all be playing at Meadowbrook. The Thomas Dale Knights will be visiting Petersburg tonight. The Washington Capitals will play game 3 of there Stanley Cup playoff series with Philadelphia Flyers tonight the series is tied a 1. Today is the last day to file you income taxes unless you file for an extension, I have already got my check back from the FEDS. Well my day didn't get off to the best start again this morning for the 3rd day in a row the computer froze up overnight which means I have to wait about 7 minutes for it to restart which I don't like, I don't know whats causing this problem but it would stop doing it. My PAIN index has dropped a bit this morning despite me throwing more than 400 pitches yesterday, my head isn't hurting as bad as it was but it is still sore. Where in the world are fellow bloggers Glenn & Marlyn it's like they dropped of the face of the earth. MICKEY

Fitness and Exercise Energy Through Exercise By Zula Ron

Do you find your energy levels slumping halfway through the day even when you've had a decent night's sleep? If you want to boost your energy levels without having to take boat loads of caffeine, try exercise. With just a few minutes of work a day, you'll find yourself energized and ready to go.

Working out on a regular basis, even for as little as 20 minutes 3-5 times a week will maximize your energy levels and keep you from falling asleep halfway through the day. Studies also show that regular exercise will facilitate a better night's sleep. You'll fall asleep faster and have a more restful sleep. In addition to added energy levels you may be able to drop a little bit of extra baggage. Exercise is also one of the best stress relievers around.

Most people identify exercise as a rigorous hour and a half training session that leaves you dropping to your knees. If you simply want to boost your energy levels this is not necessary. Twenty minutes of light exercise, 4 times a week. will do the trick. Try and space the exercise out to every other day so your body is used to it. If you want to do more than 4 days a week more power to you, but try not to do less, or you'll break your habit.

The exercise can include any number of things; walking the kids to school, taking a light jog, mowing the lawn, even yoga are all easy ways to boost your energy levels. In the time it takes you to check your email or chat on the phone you could be boosting your energy levels. And this can be done practically any time; on your lunch, in the morning, after work, etc. The choice is yours. What are you waiting for? Get off the couch and start.
