The Colonial Heights Colonials will be back at home tonight at 6pm when the Prince George Royals make a visit to Shepherd Stadium. Todays daytime high is suppose to be around 78 so there is no reason not to come out to the ballgame. The Thomas Dale Knights baseball team will be at Meadowbrook tonight. The CH boys soccer and softball teams will be at home as well while the girls soccer team will travel to Prince George. Andrews little league team picked up a 12-11 win last night and Andrew was the winning pitcher for his team, he also got on base all three times he came up to bat. Andrews team will be back in action on both Saturday & Sunday. As you can tell by my training log I didn't run yesterday but I did throw over 500 pitches and I decided to take some BP and promptly fouled a ball of my gout toe. I quickly remembered why I haven't taken any BP this year. Have fellow bloggers Mark & Glenn had there computer privileges revoked. MICKEY

Dreamer and doer
Is it best to be a dreamer or is it best to be a doer? Actually, it is helpful to be both.
In all great creations, the idealistic exists with the pragmatic in elegant proportions. A dream is of little value unless you put action into it, and action won't get you very far unless there is meaningful purpose behind it.
Allow yourself to dream grand, magnificent dreams that express the deepest essence of who you are. Then let those dreams pull you steadily through the practical, nuts-and-bolts work of making them real.
Work through each day with diligence and persistence, doing what there is to be done. And as you do, stay close to the dreamer that always lives within you.
As a dreamer, you can envision a world and a life with no limits. As a doer, you can focus on something that has never existed before and make it real.
Let your most treasured dreams focus your actions and let your actions express your dreams. Be both a dreamer and a doer, and dive deeply into the multifaceted treasure that is your life.

good job andrew!!! the colonials could use you for a few games! you'd look good in pictures with your ch hat on!!! i'll be going to the girls soccer game this evening since this is a kinda a grudge match for julianne and a friend of hers in pg. plus the colonials should have won the first meeting so maybe they can turn it around on the royals tonight.
