RENEGADES WIN 10TH STRAIGHT

The Richmond Renegades won there 10th straight game last night beating the Huntsville Havoc 5-4 at the Richmond Coliseum. The Gades got off to a bit of a slow start trailing 1-0 after the 1st but turned it on 2nd period scoring 4 goals en route to the victory. The ice appeared to be in pretty bad shape at the RC last night, they had to stop an fix some wholes a few times last night and the ice just appeared to very soft. The Gades will go for there 11th straight win Friday night against Jacksonville at the RC. The CH girls basketball team will be back in action tonight at Hopewell, the Colonials will be looking to extend there winning streak. The Virginia Cavalier basketball team long season continued last night at Maryland where the Terrapins beat the Cavaliers 85-75, next up for the Cavs is a trip to Virginia Tech. It looks like we are going to get allot of rain here in CH on Friday and there might even be a thunderstorm as well, I know we need the rain but it sure seems like we have had our fair share lately.
