The CH girls basketball team beat the Prince George Royals last night 68-56, the Colonials lead most of the way but the Royals did tie the game up in the 1st half after the Colonials had built a 10 point lead. In 2nd half the Colonials lead all the way and continued to build on there lead in the 4th, the Colonials are now 2-0 in the CD. The CH boys basketball team will be in action at Prince George tonight. The Richmond Renegades will be back in action tonight in Winston Salem, NC against the Twin City Cyclones, the Cyclones have won four straight games while the Gades have dropped four straight. The Gades will return home on Saturday night. Well the medicine that I got from the orthopedic Dr. seems to be working, the pain in my foot has subsided quite a bit and the swelling has gone down as well, the effects of that medicine however are continuing to work on me pretty good though. The next time I have an ailment I might have to call Dr. Scott to see whats wrong with me. MICKEY

Are you packing – lunch, that is. If you wait until you're hungry before saying "What can I eat?" you are doomed from the start. Once you get hungry, you’ll eat anything! Pack your healthy meals in Tupperware and Ziploc bags, and carry them to work or school in a small cooler. Preparation is the key!
