I FEEL LIKE I AM FALLING APART

I feels like I am falling apart, my arm is sore, I have a couple of blisters on my right foot, both my hips are very sore and now have taken a ball of my left foot and it is very sore and black & blue. I forgot to my wisdom is also a nit tender but besides that I am in pretty good shape. The CH boys volleyball team beat Matoca last night to improve to 4-1 in the CD and 8-1 overall and they will play at home on Thursday night against Prince George. The MLB playoffs began today with 3 of the 4 series playing the Yankees and Indians will start tomorrow. At the rate they are working now on the new room it looks like they might finish it up sometime next week. I am starting to wonder if it's ever going to rain again in Colonial Heights, it is very dry around here and the dam at lake Chesdin is as low as it has been in years. MICKEY

1893 - The motor-driven vacuum cleaner was patented by J.S. Thurman of St. Louis, MO. Remember his advertising slogan? “You can be sure if it’s Thurman!”
1906 - One of the nation’s pioneer retailers, W.T. Grant, opened a 25-cent department store on this day.
1946 - Dennis Day started his own radio show on NBC. Dennis, a popular tenor featured on The Jack Benny Show, played the same naive young bachelor he played on the Benny show. A Day in the Life of Dennis Day aired for five years.
1954 - One of the favorite TV shows of our time was first seen on this day. Father Knows Best began its long run on CBS, then made the move to NBC in 1956. For Jim Anderson (Robert Young) and family, it was a made-for-TV marriage of over eight wonderful years.
1955 - “Good Morning, Captain!” It was Bob Keeshan’s first day at work in what became a TV institution via CBS: Captain Kangaroo. The children’s television milestone featured Mr. Green Jeans, Bunny Rabbit, Grandfather Clock, Mr. Moose and other characters.
1955 - Walt Disney premiered The Mickey Mouse Club on ABC-TV.

A change in attitude, "I always have a good one"
There is enormous power in the fact that something so all-encompassing as your attitude can be changed so quickly. Your world can be an entirely different place than the world you lived in a few moments ago when your attitude toward it changes.

The key thing to keep in mind about your attitude is that it is yours. Though anything can influence it, you control it. You have final authority over your attitude. By exercising that control, you can literally change your world.

You say there are certain things which put you in a bad mood. Yet the truth is that you put yourself in a bad mood. It is a way in which you choose to respond. What if you were to make a different choice? Those "bad mood" things would no longer have control over you, and your precious time could be used moving forward rather than feeling miserable.

You say there are things which put you in a good mood. Yet again, that is a choice you make. What if you were to choose it more often? Imagine the positive possibilities!
