COLONIAL HEIGHTS VS THOMAS DALE IN CENTRAL DISTRICT BASEBALL TOURNAMENT TONIGHT
The Colonial Heights Colonial will face the Thomas Dale Knights tonight in the 2nd game of the Central District baseball tournament. The game will start 30 minutes after tonights 1st game between Maatoaca and Dinwiddie, Matoaca beat Prince George last night in the play in game 8-6. In soccer action last night both the CH girls and boys team won 2-1, the girls team beat Prince George and The Golden Foot did score the game winner and the boys team beat Matoaca, with the wins both team qualify to play in the regionals next week. Down at the beach Manteo lost a heart breaker to Camden 1-0, Camden will face Princeton in the Eastern Division finals. The UVA baseball team will face NC State today at 10am in the ACC baseball tournament, the game will be televised live on the Comcast Sports Network. In hockey the Stanley Cup Finals are set, it will be Ottawa against Anaheim, the Ducks eliminated Detroit last night with a 4-3 win. I think there will be a pretty large crowd at tonights game so you better get there early if you want to get a good seat, the weather is going to be nice so it will be a good night for baseball.
