The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team picked up another Central District win last night at Hopewell beating the Blue Devils 16-2. In doing so the Colonials had 14 hits on the with 5 doubles and 2 triples and the Colonials pitchers only allowed 1hit. The Colonials will return home tomorrow night to face Dinwiddie. The Virginia baseball team will be back in action tonight at home against James Madison. In the NHL last night the New York Rangers beat the Philadelphia Flyers 5-3 and by doing so won the Eastern Conference of the NHL and will have the home ice advantage for the Eastern Conference playoffs. Also with the win the Rangers swept the season series with the Flyers going 6-0 against there arch rival. In the AHL the Norfolk Admirals won there 23rd straight game last night beating W/B Scranton 2-1 last night, the Admirals will go for there 24th straight win on Friday at home against Binghamton.
