DUKE BEATS VIRGINIA, TWIN 125'S TODAY

The Duke Blue Devils beat the Virginia Cavaliers last night the JPJ Arena 56-41, the Cavs just never really had an answer for the Duke offense.  The Colonial Heights girls basketball team put up a pretty good fight last night falling to Meadowrook 33-30, I am sure it wasn't an exciting game for fans to watch but slowing the game down was the only chance the Colonials had at victory.  The Colonials still qualify for the Central Regional Playoffs which began next week.  In high school wrestling action today Scottie will be wrestling in the Georgia High School State Wrestling Championships, good luck Scottie.  They will run the twin 125 mile qualifying races at Daytona today setting the rest of the filed for the Daytona 500, pole winner Dale Earnhardt Jr. crashed his car in practice yesterday and now will have to start from the rear instead of the front row on Sunday.  It doesn't look like Jr. luck has changed in the off season.  MICKEY

It’s a foot fungus, and it stinks. Air those piggies, then soak them in salty water, wash them with garlic juice, or soak them with diluted white or apple cider vinegar. All of these things will help kill the fungus.

But you have to be persistent, consistent, and diligent: No matter what treatment you use, do it a few times a day and stick with it until at least a week after you think the symptoms are gone! Fungus excels at hiding out and coming back when you least expect it.
