CAVALIERS BACK IN ACTION TODAY

The Virginia Cavaliers baseball team welcomes the Pirates of East Carolina to town for a 3 game series which begins tonight in Charlottesville weather permitting.  It should be a good series as both teams enter the series with undefeated records, the Cavs are 4-0 while the Pirates are 3-0.  Yesterday because of the afternoon rain we had to practice in the gym and then head over to the cage at the Vo Tech Center, it sure hasn't been a good week for practicing outside with the rain and the cold temperatures.  The Nascar Sprint Cup Series and Nationwide Series will be in Phoenix this weekend for race 2 of the season and there are already some drivers who need a good run on Sunday.  There could be some bumpy weather here in the Heights this afternoon with some very high winds and a chance of a T-storm as well, there might even be some wind gusts over 45 mph.  Well I am off to work.  MICKEY
