COLONIALS WIN, CAPS LOOK TO END SERIES

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team picked up a 15-2 win over Fredricksburg Christian last night at Shepherd Stadium, with the win the Colonials are now 6-7 on the season. The Colonials will hie the road next week with road games at Hopewell and Dinwiddie. The Virginia baseball team will be at Maryland this weekend, because of the impending rain they will play 2 games today. The Washington Capitals look to end there series with Montreal tonight with a win, last night the Flyers moved on to the next round while the Penguins lost in 3 OT to Ottawa 4-3. This week the Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at Talladega trying to avoid the bog one, there could be unexpected winner this weekend. MICKEY
