COLONIALS BACK IN ACTION TONIGHT, I HAVE A VERY SORE HAMSTRING

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team will be back in action tonight at 7pm against the Henrico Warriors in the 1st dayof the Colonials Invitational Baseball Tournament. There will be games starting everyday at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm today, tomorrow and Thursday. We play each day at 7pm against Henrico, Sussex Central and Clover Hill receptively. The Virginia bullpen fell apart for the 2nd time in 3 days and the Cavaliers fell to the Wolfpack again this time 7-6, the Cavs needed to win this series to stay even with the Yellow Jackets who continue to play great baseball. Next weekend the Cavs will face the Georgia Tech at home. My PAIN index had gone up this morning because I have very sore left hamstring, it is very tight and I am hoping that it will loosen up a bit as the day goes on. Also my allergies are not helping the situation none either. Also tonight the NCAA basketball championship will be decided when the Butler faces Duke, GO BULLDOGS. MICKEY
