RENEGADES WIN 6-3, COLONIALS FALL
The Richmond Renegades defeated the Pee Dee Cyclones last night at the RC 6-3 in a very spirited affair. There weren't any fights but there was plenty of good hits in the game. The Renegades are tied for 1st place with Knoxville and play the Huntsville Havoc tonight at the RC. The CH Colonials had tough night last night falling to Meadowbrook 35-0, the Colonials just couldn't get on track offensively last night. Al took some photos at the game and I will post a link to them when I get the photos. Also last night Thomas Dale beat Hopewell 32-14 and Matoaca beat Petersburg 43-18. Down at the beach in the playoffs East Duplin beat First Flight 49-7 and Manteo beat Northside 49-0, the Redskins will play Roanoke nest week. Today in college football Marshall will be at East Carolina in battle for 1st place in CUSA east division, both teams along with Southern Miss are tied for 1st. Georgia will be at Auburn today, maybe the Bulldogs can pull an upset and UVA has a much needed day off. Jeff Gordon has a pretty good week so far, 1st he got married earlier in the week and then he won the pole for this weeks Nextel Cup race at Phoenix, hopefully his luck has ran out for this week. Also dad and Les took the Christmas decorations out of the attic yesterday so it doesn't look like that I will get anymore aches and pains today. Melanie my left ankle is still sore from playing softball and I think I might have got some water in my ear last night while in the shower. MICKEY
What we think, or what we know, or what we believe, is, in the end, of little consequence. The only consequence is what we do.
