Well fellow blogger Les won his bid for re-election to the school board yesterday Colonial Heights and he did receive the most votes of any of the canidates running for that office in CH. In a bit of an upset in Virginia is appears that Jim Webb has defeated Senator George Allen in his bid for re-election, Webb received 49.58% and Allen 49.22% of the vote. The weather is going to be pretty mild here in CH the next few days for November, it's going to be in the upper 60's ot low 70's thru saturday and it looks like it is going to be pretty dry thru that period after we get by today. The UVA basketball team will open there season at home Sunday afternoon against the Arizona Wildcats, hopefully the Cavaliers will have good season. The Richmond Renegades will bea back at home this weekend both Friday and Saturday nights at the RC. Also this friday will be the final night of the regular seaon for high school football for all the high schools in Virginia, the Colonials will be at home against Meadowbrook. MICKEY
