GLAD IT'S FRIDAY

I am very glad it's Friday, I don't know about you but it sure feels like it has been a long week to me. It was a pretty wild weather day here in CH yesterday, we had a allot of heavy rain and gusty winds and we even had several tornado warnings that were issued in and around the area. Thankfully there weren't any tornadoes in our are but parts of North Carolina and southern states weren't as lucky. The Richmond Renegades started there road trip of with a victory last night defeating the Florida Seals 4-3, the same two teams will play again tonight in Florida before the Renegades move up the coast to play Jacksonville Saturday night. The high school football playoffs began tonight in Virginia, there are two local teams in action tonight with Hanover playing at Matoaca and Highland Springs playing at LC Bird, I might go over to the Matoaca game if it isn't to cold. Down at the beach Roanoke will be a Manteo in the 2nd of the playoffs in NC. The Nextel Cup series is at Homestead, FL for the final race of the 2006 season, it looks like Jimmy Johnson will win the Nextel Cup unless he something major go wrong Sunday. They are starting to re-model our upstairs bathroom today, so I guess the upstairs bathroom will be out of commission for a while. Where are all you bloggers at, we have several who are AWOL. MICKEY

Exercise? It's in the bag
Road trips won't stop you from exercising -- if you know what to pack. Find a little room in your suitcase for exercise tubes, a great compact tool for weight training and resistance exercises when away from home or your gym. If you travel a lot, ask a fitness pro to design an on-the-go exercise program.

Wireless Laptop is not working. Can't get on anymore. I think it is because they sold the red apple up the street and the new Kangeroo doen't have it. I was using theirs until my other on runs out. It takes too long to use the dial up. Maybe I can get the riddle up soon but we might have to wait until Monday
